Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Note: Some items such as customized products, perishable goods, and final sale items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting images (in case of damage/defect)

  2. Our support team will respond within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement.                                                                   

Note: We cannot process your return without an unboxing video. This helps prevent fraudulent returns where customers claim damage that was already present.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details to initiate a refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at [Insert Email Address or Phone Number].

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving it (if eligible).


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include unboxing photos/videos for faster processing.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.


7. Legal Jurisdiction

All return and refund-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
